Shipping and Handling

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and providing the correct shipping address.
  • A confirmation email is sent after placing the order to verify the details. Please ensure all information is correct.
  • We recommend checking with your country's postal service for updates on your shipment status.

Unclaimed or Lost Packages

  • GrowMane is not responsible for unclaimed packages or those lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us (due to missed pickup, unclaimed status, or an incorrect address), the customer must pay additional postage fees plus a 20% penalty charge for re-shipment.
  • Returned packages must be received by us before re-shipment or a partial refund can be processed. Note that it can take 4-8 weeks for packages to be returned to our office.

Freight Forwarding Companies

  • GrowMane is not responsible for any damage caused by freight forwarding companies (e.g., Aramex, myUS.com).
  • Customers should ensure that these companies repackage our glass container products as they were originally shipped if they are inspected.

Import/Export Fees

  • GrowMane is not responsible for any import/export, customs, or duty fees incurred during shipping.
  • We advise checking your country’s import rules before placing an order. No compensation is provided if a package is refused due to customs fees.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada, and transit times may vary. Business days are Monday to Friday. Approximate shipping times are as follows:
    Canada:
    • Standard Shipping (3-9 business days) with tracking information
  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping (1-2 weeks) with tracking information
  • International:
    • Shipments are via Canada Post/USPS. Packages are transferred to your country’s postal service upon arrival. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your package on your country's postal service website.
    • USA customers do not incur customs or duty fees.
  • Note: International packages may be delayed at customs, affecting the delivery date. Please refer to your country’s postal service for more information on your shipment status.

  • We take approximately 1-3 business days to process your order.

  • For shipping rates, update the Checkout page with your address.
  • GrowMane is not responsible for customs or duty fees. Check your country's import rules before ordering.
