At GrowMane, we uphold a strict No Refund Policy. Here’s why:

 Adjustment Period for Natural Products

Switching to natural products requires an adjustment period. Conventional hair products often leave a coating on your hair that takes time to remove. Our natural products need time to work effectively to eliminate this artificial build-up.

  1. Commitment and Patience: Our products are a cleaner alternative to conventional haircare, but they require your patience and commitment to see results. Adjusting to a natural hair care regimen takes time.
  2. Trial and Error: You may need to use our products multiple times to find the right amount and frequency that works for your hair type. This process of trial and error is essential to achieve the best results.
  3. Concentrated Formulations: Our products are highly concentrated with natural ingredients. Unlike conventional products that contain fillers, a little of our product goes a long way. You may need to adjust the amount you use to see the best results.

 Individual Hair Care Needs

Every individual has unique hair types, needs, and goals. What works for one person may not necessarily work for another, even if they have similar hair types. Each person’s hair care routine is unique.

  1. Personal Factors: Results depend on various factors including your medical history, lifestyle, stress levels, diet, and environment.
  2. Time for Results: Natural products do not provide immediate results. Improving hair health from the inside out takes time, often 3-6 months, to become visually evident.
  3. Consistency is Key: Consistent use of our products is essential. For example, our Rosemary hair growth Treatment needs to be applied at least twice a week for 3-6 months to achieve visible results.

 Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be reported within 1 hour of placing the order (unless it has been shipped). Please include your order number in the email request for successful processing. Note that cancellations cannot be made due to discount codes not being applied once the order is processed.

 Damaged Products

If your products arrive damaged, please email us at contact@growmane.co with images of the damaged goods within 3 days of receiving them. We will resend the package upon verification. Products damaged after use are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchanges. GrowMane is not responsible for damages caused by freight forwarder companies.

 Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at contact@growmane.co with an image of the received product and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
